The staff was personable and friendly. The accommodations were up to date and clean. We ran into two issues with our stay though. The hot water in our bathroom was inconsistent which didn't make for a lovely shower experience. We also found the rooms to be the opposite of sound proof. We could hear EVERYTHING that went on in the hallway and the rooms on either side of us (especially in the wee hours of the night).

Lovely stay in a lovely area in Charlotte

Hilton Gardens Inn South Park Charlotte is very nice and huge. Just minutes from everything in South Park. We are flying out today and needed a place to stay overnight. Area is lovely and w add walkable.

Everything from the initial friendly welcome to the pool to the bar to the top notch service was fantastic!! The hotel is clean, inviting and convenient to anything you may need. Rashad and Tracy deserve substantial raises!! They were always pleasant and went above & beyond.

Nice facility but had a few attention to detail issues. Alarm Clock was set by staff 1 hour off. Soap dispenser loose on wall. Shower stall handle loose. Otherwise great facility! Will stay again when in Charlotte!
