The property was nice and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and well kept and right off the highway. The breakfast had a nice variety, the pancake machine was out of order but there was still plenty to choose from. The breakfast did run out but it wasnā€™t the staffā€™s fault the oven had went out and they made every effort to continue providing breakfast for everyone, using one skillet to keep making hot food. They were nice despite some guest being very rude about the situation. I enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay again

The room was fairly comfortable. We stayed here prior and it was quiet but this time we were placed on the first floor and it was noisy. The breakfast also was not the high quality we remembered from staying here a year ago. Overall it was a decent stay and option for an overnight hotel stay.

Medicority, with a touch of peeping tom.

I am super annoyed about having to pay for parking at a suburban hotel with its own parking lot. That was a first for me. I was told it was a new policy. A night in an average hotel, and then extra for parking. Ridiculous. There were 6 of us in our room as stated in the reservation, and only pillows for 4 and towels for 4. Asking for more at the front desk was met with kindness, but an "I don't know if can get you more pillows" but she found 2. So two of us were shorted a pillow. We also requested a late checkout because one of my children was up late due to illness. To cap off this fun filled adventure in mediocrity, a man on the cleaning crew barged into our room right at 11 without knocking, rudely asking my mother and childern if they were getting a late checkout. No apology for not knocking and a lousey attitude. He came back a minute later with a clipboard to ask again agout our late checkout and I answered the door. He was much more polite to my 6'2" 200lb self. The attitude immedteltly disappered, but still no apology for waltzing into my room. My family was in various states of undress due to getting ready and my daughters were mortified. We spoke to the front desk about it and we were offered points for our next stay. Not a chance. I will not stay at this hotel again. Disgusted is an understatement. I guess privacy is another extra you have to pay for at this hotel.

No in room coffee pot & extra charge to park over

We were disappointed that they have a private parking lot, but charge guest to park there overnight. That should be included in the price of the room. Also, HIE&S usually have coffee pots in the room, more specifically a K-pod style coffee pot, but this room did not have any kind of coffee brewing but the lobby pots. We book at HIE&S so we can bring our own pods to brew the coffee we like to drink.

Stay was great and very ccommodating to use and had some breakfast out for use because we had a earlier flight before breakfast was served

This was great for a layover! The shuttle, breakfast and spacious rooms were key. The shuttle never arrived for 10:00 pickup but a driver from another hotel took us.
