Aside from the relatively complicated self checkin process, the apartment was excellent. It was clean and spacious, and the location was not far from uptown. We appreciated the covered parking, the washer and dryer, and the proximity to parks and shopping. The only improvement we could suggest would be to supply some creamer for the coffee that was supplied. We would gladly stay here again.

Check in process was seamless and instructions were very clear for a virtual check in/out. Amenities were 10/10. We got lots of space for the amount we paid for it. Same price as a hotel room, but we got a whole 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped with a refrigerator, washer/dryer, pots and pans and a full kitchen. It was 95 degrees outside during our stay and the AC definitely gave the heat a run for its money. The location was super close to downtown/everywhere we traveled (within 5-10 minutes) which was very convenient. Free parking was an added bonus! Next time we’re in Charlotte, we will absolutely be booking again.

We used to live in Charlotte and were here visiting our family. The area was great, lots of good restaurants around. Safe, quiet and clean apartment. Much more space than a hotel room, especially loved the patio. Would definitely rebook. Only minor suggestion would be a better mattress, my husband didnt mind it but I would have liked a firmer mattress. Loved having a washer dryer and full fridge. You won’t regret staying here!
