I was told the airport shuttle would get me in 10-15 minutes (twice). It was 45! The TV remote has no 'guide' on it, very tedious to scroll through every channel to 1)find what you want and 2) finally find it in part on Ch 10. If no 'guide' button, there should be a TV channel listing in the room.

Showed up to check-in at 2 am after an 8 hour drive. A police officer was speaking to the attendant at the desk. After the police officer walked away, I asked if I should be worried (traveling with husband and daughter). She said, “Not really.” I decided to complete check-in because it was so late and we were exhausted. I go outside only to see my husband speaking to the police officer. The officer advised us not to stay here because there is at least one break-in a day, and it is typically cars with out of state plates. Needless to say, we drove away and I have a case open with Wyndham to hopefully get a refund.

Very noisy, the cleaning staff definitely needs to be retrained and taught how to properly clean. The bed had several long strains of hair on the sheets. The walls in the bathroom was nasty, the bathroom door look like it had makeup all over it. The shower had soap in it. The front desk staff was polite and check in was fast.

We did not use the airport shuttle. The place was convenient and close to the freeway. The best part were the staff that we encountered. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. The downside is the room we were in needs a good vacuuming. The room DID NOT feel dirty, just a lot of crumbs around the bed/corners. The bathroom needs something to hang the towels on if they want to encourage the change-towels-and-sheets-every-3-days. It was acceptable for the price we paid. I was really impressed with the staff. Thank you.
