Private entrance and ample parking, private back deck and yard with Solo stove and Weber grill. 1/2 bath attached to the Master suite. Second bedroom is an open loft with four single beds (two sets of trundel beds). Plenty of off street parking. Heat pump for secondary heat and air conditioning.
