No breakfast included. Person serving breakfast was extremely rude and condescending. Breakfast was a dried out egg croissant that we threw away. Elevators were dirty with food and coffee on the floor. So was the hallway. No lock on bathroom door. Extremely poor lighting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End Hotel, and I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and stylish design of the lobby and common areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the large windows that offered plenty of natural light and a nice view of the surrounding area.
