Worst Sonesta stay in my life. Both pools closed; first room AC didn’t work. Second room TV didn’t work and door security lock was broken. Horrible breakfast $38 for 2 and they charge $14/day parking in a flat lot. Staff is not attentive or helpful. No valet carts for use with luggage. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nice hotel and close to everything but was not aware of the pool being down during our whole stay and was not compensated for it one bit. We purchased drinks and food at the bar and did not get a discount. The front desk manager was rude and no help at all when we asked about going to another property’s pool when another worker told us we can we just need a pass and the manager said that is not a thing. Overall i will not stay with Sonesta again i travel often and this was not a good experience at all. I’ll still to my Hilton property’s.

Hotel is very nice. Just some small discrepancies with the room as far the carpet and couch. Had little toilet issue but other then that the stay was comfortable and nice.

Don't fall for the free water!

Overall, a very nice facility for its age. The carpets seemed to need a good cleaning. Watch out for the bottles of water that appear to be left for you, but actually cost $9.00 each! Luckily, we didn't fall for it.

The pool was closed, staff were friendly but had to wait in line to check in. Pull out couch had no linens, had to ask, from desk gave sheets but nothing else for the pull out. Suite had a kitchenette but no plates or utensils, parking lot was very dirty, rooms were ok but carpets were stained, used band aid in the shower. Many homeless nearby begging for money. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was nice and I had a balcony. I didn't like the fact that you had to pay for parking but I guess quit a few places are charging for parking now. Close to a Costco, McDonalds and a few other places. Not too far from Uptown and the airport
