This place is a dump especially when you are paying $250+ per night. I'm tired of my hard earned money being taken for granted for sumpar quality and service. The first room was dirty. The second room was a little better but the hotel is dated and not properly cleaned. I expected so much more from the Marriott brand. It seems like they woyld care more about their customers.

The toilet was broken. I had to open the top up to manually flush it. When I told the front desk about it, they offered to give me more points. I don’t wabt that; I’d rather have a partial refund. Also picked the hotel because of the indoor pool but that was being renovated. That wasn’t posted ANYWHERE on any website. The front desk clerk said it was, but it wasn’t! My autistic brother was so looking forward to that! Will not stay here again!
