From start to finish this place was the best we have stayed in a great while! Check in was easy, the staff was friendly and offered background information on the event we were in town for; staff offered information on local dining; the room was clean, quiet and well furnished. The shower had the best water pressure and flow of any place we have stayed in at least 10 years! The breakfast had fresh eggs not frozen omelets like many places. Everything about our stay has ensured we will look for Springhill Suites our next trip but this location has set the bar very high.

The room was a great value! clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, close to plenty of restaurants and things to do. The staff was awesome and made the stay even better. I’d happily book here again.

I was expecting a better quality hotel considering it has Marriott in the name. The front desk staff and other staff were friendly. However, the rooms are by two noisy highways into the night, there was a used washcloth dried up in the shower, the glass shower door was off the track, towels were like sandpaper and the shower soap caused irritation. Breakfast was so horrible that we didn’t even eat there the second day. There were dry bagels with no cream cheese (asked the main desk), no fresh fruit, canned scrambled eggs, & bacon dripping with grease. The rest was carbs but (nothing fresh) except for one kind of yogurt, milk and a juice machine. The elevator floors and walls were dirty and we watched an employee using a Mr. Clean white eraser with no water attempting to clean the walls and elevator door, basically smearing the dirt. The elevator floors were never mopped in the three days we were there. We won’t be staying again and may not try another Staybridge again.

Room had a weird smell. The lights turned on full brightness in the middle of the night then wouldn’t turn on in the morning. Breakfast was gross. My daughter ended up throwing up in the car after eating the eggs. No fruit or milk available.

The room was very cozy and quiet. The room was very clean and the staff, I know one of them was Mariah, they were all so professional and kind. Very nice place to stay! I would recommend Springhill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Concord Mills Speedway to everyone for a wonderful place to stay.
