This hotel smells like garbage, I was told by clerk that is main clientele are long term tenants. Is behind a very noisy road and there’s no curtains on the windows, which makes it hard to rest. The rooms are poorly cleaned since ppl stay there for months. And they don’t provide clean towels.

This place should not be advertised for travelers. People are living there it’s full of bugs nasty and smells like cigarettes. The clerk let us check the room before checking in, because even he knows that place is subpar, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. He knew when we walked in there that we would not stay there so and that’s why he encouraged us to inspect the room first. Then I hade to spend a good 2 hours looking for another room at 10pm after driving five hours. I NEED A REFUND!!!

The property seemed to be brand new. Upon checkin, we noticed over 10 baby roaches coming out of the light and radio. Of course we were given another room but that is beyond unacceptable. The entire building needs to be fumigated. Not a pleasant experience.
