I made this confirmation on Tuesday if last week. Arrived in Charlotte Friday and went to check in about 4 pm and there was no room available. This facility was overbooked and claimed to be more like an extended stay! I said that was written on the website. They said they knew. There were a lot of things going on in Charlotte this weekend. D fed up staying at Microtel by Wyndham. Was not happy about the cancellation and Microtel.

Tried to check in at 3 but room wasn't ready. Kept getting told "another 30 minutes". After 3 hours and it still wasn't ready I had to cancel and go somewhere else. Outside smelled like marijuana. The front office person was nice and was trying to accommodate but they have a VERY small cleaning staff and said my room was really bad after a late checkout.

The air conditioned was working fine the kitchen was missing one stove knob and the night lamp was missing the light bulb after one Week the staff(very professional girl ) give me the knob but they never replaced the bulb , the last week tenants were in the parking lot drinking smoking and doing a lot of noise

Or at least a credit for a different day. The emails I received said to utilize our "website or app to cancel or modify booking". Well, I cannot do either. Do not book your stay here!!!
