The room was clean and comfortable. The rest of the place (entrance, hallways, elevator badly needed to be vacuumed and some trash picked up. The lack of an office and the check-in being totally virtual were a first for me and a bit challenging although the woman who did it possibly was working in India and was very patient.

Hotel is clean, but that is about it there is no hospitality at this place-- They don't keep up on restocking items such as bags at the dog park, trash receptacles etc No coffee or coffee pot to make your own, they have the area to set out coffee and water but seems like that would be to much effort for the employees. TV did not work, this is a bare minimum stay.

The Kiosk check in was unique but efficient. The room and bathroom was clean. I like that the establishment is pet friendly. I traveled with family and it was ok. Only thing is that you to take out your own trash and there is no cleaning service unless you stay after 14 days. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and friendly.

This place is terrible. DO NOT BOOK. Filthy, roach infested and loud. Scammed us into paying more when we arrived even though we had a confirmed booking. There is no Starr on site. Tried to have Expedia help us it they were useless as well.

The mini suite looked new and it was nice. I checked in around 6:30pm and there was no front desk staff. There was a poster directing me to an electronic kiosk. I pushed the button and was connected to a person who I think was in India at a call center. Not a wonderful experience. The person knew nothing about the hotel. A lot of loud late night boisterous debate going on in the hallways. I will be back in Concord in about six weeks and won’t be staying at the WoodSpring suites.

The room had cockroaches crawling on the headboard of the bed and on the walls of the room. There were also stink bugs found in the room. Dust and dirt were also covered on the top of the headboards. Had not been cleaned anytime recently. Asked for another room and the Kiosk operator said nothing can be done about it. No actual person at front desk to talk to after 5 PM. I would not recommend staying at this facility unless I was able to check out the room before hand.

Too much money, not so much service

We did not realize there would be no attendants on duty until after I read about the check in procedure, which I can accept is on me. However, that also means, if you need anything, after 4 or 5pm, you're out of luck. We paid over $100 a night, and there was no coffee maker, something that is pretty standard now. There is a kitchenette, but you have to request to get things to cook with. We only 2 pillows (which were very flat) for 2 people. We were traveling and couldn't get in until after 4 on a Saturday, which means we could not talk with anyone to get items we would request. Again, paying over a $100 a night, there's no breakfast. The room key reset after a day, so we had to deal with that later at night when coming back after an event. I'm good with paying for a hotel, and granted it is clean, pretty quiet, and near things but not a main road, but for the price, it did not seem to be all that.

Good room setup, except the bed. No live desk help. Nobody around after hours. Unacceptable if emergency occurs. Bed bugs in room. Definitely needs 24/7 working staff.
