We did not stay, waited for room a long time, still not ready at 8:30 pm, went to Comfort Inn by the airport! Not sure if we will get our money back, no one was at the check in desk, had a metal curtain pulled down. Called their phone number, from their lobby, no answer! Never experienced anyting like this in my life! Have to say probably the worst hotel ever, and the guy behind the desk kept mumbling stuff, not sure what he was saying. Then he pulled down a metal curtain at the checkin window, "strange set-up" and was never to be seen again! So after waiting a long time, no one returning, no one answering their phone, we were forced to find another hotel, after 8:30 pm! And I believe checkin was at 11am, so just baffled by this experience, word to the wise do not try to stay at Woodspring Inn! A refund would be in order, but cannot reach anyone???

The front desk was closed/unmanned during regular business hours. The property outside reeked with the smell of marijuana (pot) everytime we arrived or left the hotel. Loitering in parking lot & people sitting in vehicles for long periods of time was a safety issue in my opinion. Our reservation (for 2 nights) was made for 2 adults & 2 children (ages 7 & 8). Our room only had 3 bath towels. No hand towels & no wash clothes & one tiny bar of soap. No room service (new towels or bed making, etc)

Paper thin walls, you can hear everything, which made it difficult to rest. The front desk did help me get my room key after hours. He was friendly. Parking was convenient. Location was convenient for me. The room was clean. I just didnt like the level if noise heard at all hours.
