When we arrived at the hotel, there were people smoking and hanging around outside the building. The inside smelled strongly of marijuana and smoke. On Friday night, someone set off the fire alarm, and we had to wait outside for a while. When we checked the room Saturday night before leaving early Sunday morning, we discovered other people’s clothes left in the dresser—clearly, the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. When I showed the pictures to the front desk clerk on Sunday morning, I was completely brushed off and given no apology or concern. This was supposed to be a new hotel, but our experience was terrible from start to finish. I will never stay here again.

There were leftovers in the fridge left over from previous guest, the floor was dirty, the sheets and pillows were not satisfactory and everytime someone would open or shut a door in the hallwat, it rattled my door. It was very unsettling as i kept feeling like someone was trying to open my door. I wont be back, although i was grateful for a room

Fire alarm went off after I was asleep for an early flight45 minutes in the parking lot to find out someone was vaping in their room when the manager confronted her there was nearly an all out brawl in the parking lot with mf this and mf that. Finally got back to my room half the night people running in the hallways and loud music ALL NIGHT people moving furniture
