The staff was friendly and room was clean. There was a lot of noise coming from other rooms that kept us awake. The beds move easily from the type of frame they are on.

They dont have a staff only a front dask person .no towels,no suites in which that's what i paid for only a microwave on the dresser when you come innthe room,no refrigerator ,they the college compact fridges & the rooms are roach have roaches theyre not clean & the doors dont lock properly in case of storm its better than being in cold & dark het you some.cleaning supplies tontake with you if you have to select this room in case of emergencies youll need clean everything from your house or store .

We arrived late. Desk clerk was waiting on us. Our party had three rooms. Rooms were clean. We left very early the next day to catch plane. We did not eat the breakfast.

The staff was courteous. The room was nice but the kitchen didn’t have ustensile and no hair dryer in the bathroom. The ventilation in the bathroom and bedroom was on all the time. A little noisy when you are trying to sleep. Also someone decided to listen some music at 11:30 with too much bass sound for my taste. I am not sure if someone complained but around 15 minutes later I couldn’t hear it. I know they are not responsible for inconsiderate people. It was fine for one night stay and the price was reasonable

Great long-stay option near Charlotte Airport. I choose WoodSpring Suites for every trip to Charlotte. The staff and management are friendly, the building is new, and the rooms are modern and well equipped for long stays with a cooking range and refrigerator. Conveniently located near the airport, yet the rooms are very quiet thanks to excellent windows. Plenty of storage, efficient AC and heating, and easy access to shopping and coffee nearby. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended.
