Breakfast was excellent. Good variety of foods. Good quality and tasty. Room service appears to be either understaffed or slow. However, when they came they did a thorough refreshing job. Overall, the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Just what makes the expeience at the motel extra nice.

The check-in was a breeze and the front desk person couldn’t have been kinder. She helped me map out the easiest route to my room so I didn’t have to trek outside in the cold, rainy weather. Huge win. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to the wonderful lady running the breakfast area. She was truly AMAZING and had the whole space running like a warm, welcoming machine. My room was spotless and really well set up. The separated bedroom in the queen suite was a total life saver. Being able to close the door and enjoy some true quiet time made all the difference. As a neurodivergent person, the heavy curtains and solid doors made it feel like I had my own perfect little sanctuary. And a big nod to the gentleman working the front desk on my checkout day. He was calm, helpful, and somehow managed the entire front desk area plus a rush of guests finishing breakfast with total poise and professionalism. It was impressive. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy being downtown without being right in the middle of the chaos.
