The room was big and very clean. The staff were very helpful and recommended a restaurant that was a short walk. The restaurant, Jonathon’s Grill was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Nice Hotel, Good Pricing for Pets

I've stayed here twice now as a stop on a long road trip travelling with a pet. I've found this hotel to be very nice for the price. It is quite comfortable and clean, the pet fee is very reasonable, and the services are pretty good for a relatively inexpensive hotel. The only issue I had was that the ice machine was out of ice. Other than that, it was a good stay.

It was a seamless check in process and stay. Finding the entrance was a little awkward as it’s located directly behind a quality Inn but it’s apparent they were recently remodeled. Given that it is a pet friendly hotel I was happy that there was no carpet and ample space outside for if/when there is a need to bring your dog. Staff was friendly and the beds for comfortable and the rooms were clean it smelled strongly of cleaning solution when we arrived. We asked for a later check in time and were happy for the onsite breakfast being located nearby our room. I would recommend this stay if you are looking for an affordable clean stay in the Chattanooga area near the airport and other scenic attractions.

Hire a proper maintenance man. :)

Like a lot of middle of the road hotels/motels, this place just needs a good maintenance man to be MUCH better. The place was clean, comfortable and breakfast was good. Stuff is broken around the property and the repairs to the rooms and fixtures are VERY AMATEUR, like DIY gone wrong, you can't always learn handyman skills from watching YouTube videos. :)

Well ratings are only as good as the person doing the rating. We stayed there due to the 4.5 rating knowing it was an older property. We were disgusted at the lack of cleanliness I have stayed in places 40 years older in the keys and they have been much cleaner. Should have known the owners didn’t care about details when we got to the room door. It had big spots of paint chipped off. Hmm why not touch it up? Proceeded in, check it out. Found one of the pillows had makeup on one side. Ok. Took it to the front desk for a replacement. Went to diner, returned for bed. Took back the sheets and there was a big fake eyelash greeting us! I talked with the front desk and she said that they only had 10 rooms open the night before….so based upon that, and the fact that there are 5 other hotels next door, I am sure they did not have staff to properly clean all the rooms and took shortcuts. Very disgusted
