The air conditioning unit took a while to figure out; the interface was not as intuitive as those in other units where I have stayed, but I think the A/C units are perhaps a bit outdated and have some wear and tear. I was comfortable at night. The room was pretty clean when we entered, but the toilet was a bit lower than its usual height.

The hotel needs some work. The elevator door made a terrible noise - seemed like it might jam at any moment, would we get stuck? The parking lot had huge potholes. Much of the carpeting seemed worn/buckled. We had to change rooms - after checkin we went to our room and it was not clean - the bed was not made and there was trash
