‘Clean’ towel had someone else’s hairball on it, walls were literally crumbling, and door to bathroom was shredded. Shower curtain had a hole, guy was smoking weed outside our room, & floor (of 2nd floor room) looked like it had survived a few floods. Staff was great though.

I will not stay here again. Front desk clerk was friendly, but would not switch my room when I complained about the big stains all over a chair, and the torn curtain that would not shut the last 30" (it was right next to the bed facing the guest walkway). The maintenance man was friendly and eager to fix the curtain problem right away. However, he just partially fixed it, so the curtain was still about 10" open, which apparently he thought was satisfactory! I had to ask him to try again, before he got them to shut all the way. The mini fridge was warm. I had to get down on all fours to find the hidden plug which was attached to a power bar which I reset to turn the fridge on. The toilet kept draining and refilling the entire time (like mini flushes), and there were huge dark stains on the bathroom floor and ceiling. The tub was clean except for mold in the caulking. There was only a cloth shower curtain with no plastic liner, and the curtain had a tear at the top. The toilet seat had a few small dark spots that looked like feces. This hotel is right on the highway, so lots of traffic noise. Turning on the AC (which thankfully worked well!) helped provided white sound. The sheets were at least clean, but the bed springs creaked when you sat on it or rolled over, yet the bed was comfortable enough. The wifi did not work, stating "couldn't get IP address" The gal at the front desk said she would reset the router but either it didn't work or she never got around to doing that.

There were many very cheaply done patch work all around the property. Nothing looked like it was done with any type of skill. The towels provided looked like lightly used grease rags that were washed. It says no smoking within 25 feet of the premises but our room smelled like cigarettes and the whole property wreaked of marijuana. Thought about just sleeping on my car as the back seat seemed comfier than the bed. I truly can’t say anything decent about the place other than it’s better than no hotel at all. Would not recommend this place. Would highly recommend it as a last resort.

Parking lot was full Our room door was open and the room was not made up. We ended up making our own bed as there was no staff to do so. Management has persistently been “unavailable” and was not available for any remedy at any time through the day after. No coffee maker but everything stocked as if there was one. Nice grass in the back. Except for guests talking immediately outside our window it was quiet and the blackout curtains did their job. Staff was pleasant. After 10:30 there was no one available as they had left the premises. Our bed was quite comfortable. There was a microwave but no fridge.
