Happen to get stuck in Hong Kong for a second night and we switched to this hotel. So glad we did. Beautiful room and great staff. They had a free airport shuttle and also a free shuttle into a shopping area close by definitely worth staying if you’re close to Hong Kong airport.

Great location for my next-day flight. Very close to the airport but quiet. Big rooms and very clean. Good shower. They also have free shuttle buses between the airport and the hotel. And free shuttle buses to the shopping area. Shuttle buses are every 30 minutes. I would stay there again next time.

Very clean and close to the airport . The employees weren’t very welcoming and made my family feel unwelcome for out of place . I wouldn’t choose this place a second time .

We arrived early, and was dropping off our luggage to store until check in, but didn’t have to, as they offered to check us in early and also move our luggage’s to our room, which was amazing. They even placed us close to the elevator knowing that we had a few pieces of large luggages. A shout out to Mr. Cheung at reception (Hope I got his name right..) He was friendly and was efficient when checking us in and providing details about our stay (despite the fact that he was “training”)! Thanks for the exceptional service :)
