If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Chelan vacation
We loved the modern look of the condo. It felt clean and beachy. It was small, but accommodated my family of 6 nicely. Beautiful views of Lake Chelan. Our only complaint was that the slide at the pool was broken.

Great view, wonderful place.
We were misled by the listing — there are 3, not 5 beds in this condo. (Hopefully they fixed it so it doesn’t appear that there are 5!)
But the managers were very nice about it when we complained.
Overall very nice.

Great Stay!
Condo was clean and comfortable. Looked just like photos showed. AC worked well and we didn’t experience any negative during our stay. Beds were comfortable, view of the river was beautiful!! Loved that our friends could pick us up from the boat doc on the property. Also great location to walk right out our door and walk across the bridge to food and icecream. It was a little pricy, but we loved our time here and would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!
