CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES: For security purposes, we have 2 outdoor surveillance cameras. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination, eviction and forfeitures of all funds. One camera overlooks the front driveway and entrance, and the other looks at the south side of the home and back yard. These cameras help with weather monitoring, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.
PETS ALLOWED: We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $200 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.
PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles (boat/jet ski tailers are included in this number). Parking must be in front of the home and there is no street parking permitted.
HOT TUB MAINTENANCE: Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season. *If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
VISITING LAKE CHELAN: Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that Chelan & Manson has to offer. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events put on around Lake Chelan (Small Town Holidays, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: 1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking 2.
