Great hotel and very clean. Breakfast buffet has great options, and an excellent view. Staff are very professional and helpful. Only issue was that the washroom doors are a little hard to use, and water from the shower leaks into the washroom very easily, and may cause a slip.

A really slick modern hotel in the heart of Chengdu, right on Tianfu Square and easy walking distance to everything. The housekeeping staff were so good and the whole hotel was spotless. Definitely a good choice to stay in the city. Great breakfast too.

Intertesing fact :the hotel has an autonomous robot for food delivery, it can control the lift, move on its own, and make decisions based on sensor input. Overall stay experience :modern design with good cleanliness and hardworking housekeeping, location is central and convenient with many eateries and shopping nearby and is within walking distance to metro. Room is very spacious and well equipped with sofa, table and chair, mini fridge and big lcd tv. Bathroom is big encompasses the dry area ( toilet, vanity) and wet area for shower and there is a bath tub too. The bed mattress is comfortable and pillow and duvet are of high quality. Unblocked view due to high floor that provides a panoramic view of Chengdu city. Downside is that hotel lobby is located at 31 floor but the rooms are located at lower floors and there's no direct lift to reach the hotel room floors from ground floor due to security reasons and need to detour via the lobby floor. Lobby staff attitude appears to lukewarm.

Staff - front desk especially Ceci provides excellent services, suggested useful food recommendations which suits our taste bud. We went to 2 of the places she recommended and food is really good and value for money. I would also like to compliment the housekeeper for proactively refilled more coffee capsules when she notices we consumed 4 on our first day. Kudos to the staff for taking the initiatives and taking care of us.

Modern and chic hotel design, room is just awesome, so cosy, comfy, solid Tempur mattress, that we had many good night rest at Canopy. It would be great if it has a swimming pool. Location of hotel is superb, walking distance to Tianfu Square for shopping / meals, we visited Chengdu museums and several others all within hotel vicinity. Good to return and stay here again.

Absolutely Awesome at Canopy!

Hotel facade to interior is super cool and comfy. Only elevators which need to transit to another elevator on opposite side to be able to go to our rooms. Love the interior and spaciousness of our room, ultra comfy bed and comforter. Vibrant orange colour theme, as sleeping under orange canopy, stylishly designed bedside light is chic and cute. What I see from photos online, finally get to stay at this hotel which is awesome. Staff are very helpful, they tend to appear near my room whenever I have something to ask :) Highly recommend. My friend and I already commit will stay at Canopy by Hilton again when we revisit Chengdu.

Hotel is new and clean and nice. But we were there in a mild winter and it was central heating which they could not turn off - so the rooms are really stuffy. They had to bring us a fan and we had to leave the windows open - so much for eco-friendliness. But hotel is really nice. And staff are friendly. Would stay again.

Very Nice place, a centre to all tourist attractions, and surrounded with local restaurants, convinient shops and shopping areas! Most attractions and places are walkable distance.
