チェックインは20時まで？

チェックイン時間には要注意。 23時頃に到着し、チェックインを行おうとしたら、この予約は20時までにチェックインしないとキャンセル扱いになる=予約はキャンセルされていると言われた。 hotels.com経由の予約を確認してもらったが、 20時でキャンセル扱いの一点張り。 予約時に自分が見落としたのかもしれないが…夜遅くに到着だから選んだ空港近くのホテルなのに意味がない。 改めて支払いが必要(hotels.com価格より高い)のようなので、近くの安宿を検索しようとしたら、 「後からだとサービス価格でなくなり、更に高くなる」など言われた。 困惑していると、マネージャー？だかホテルの人が出てきて、「hotels.com価格で泊まらせてあげる」風なことを言って来て、また宿泊代を支払い、泊まることにした。 マネージャー？は救世主なのか何なのか分からなかったが、通常価格より抑えて泊まらせてくれた様子。 チェックイン時間には要注意。

Good value, layover hotel

Layover so only there for sleep and breakfast. Clean and large beds! They were ‘firm’ but had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was very much Chinese and if you like that there was loads of choice, otherwise just toast, fruit and eggs (warm fruit juice) Small mini market in lobby if you’ve forgotten anything. Free transfer to airport. Overall an ideal stop over hotel.

Très pratique pour prendre son avion dans de bonnes conditions, sans stress. La navette aéroport assure la liaison à horaires fixes, toutes les 30 minutes. Pas de réservation nécessaire (du moins en journée, d'après ce que je sais).

It's perfect choice for those who will take flights at Chengdu Airport: 1) Location: very close to the airport, just minutes away; 2) Airport Shuttle: very frequent from 30 min to hourly in 24 hours/day; 3) Breakfast: starts as early as 5:00am, a big PLUS!!! 4) Very good restaurant: convenient, tasty Chinese food; 5) Good gift shop: offers a lot of local specialized gifts; 6) Very well equipped room, especially a safe-box offered; 7) Very nice services in whole hotel, from front desk to room service, to the shop and restaurant, etc. I'll book here absolutely the next time when I come to Chengdu! Thanks!

The hotel is alright. The problem is the hotel did not receive the iternary from Expedia when I arrived at 10.30pm. Expedia staff over the phone, could not settle the issue and had me waited till 12.34am. I am very disappointed that even 12.34am , it is not resolved and I directly booked the room to the hotel instead and then followed by call later that they will cancel the booking so no charge to my account. It is a freezy and tiring night which Expedia would have act to cancel booking as I suggested at 11am.

2度目の利用です。お部屋は清潔で快適です！空港送迎サービスがあるが到着したら電話をして呼ばないといけないので、電話できない私達は歩いて行きました。15分くらいです。朝早くからの朝食ブッフェは美味しかったです。売店があるのでちょっとしたお土産が出来て良かったです。
