Location is excellent. Just be careful when copying address of the hotel for car service. There is more than one Hilton Garden hotels in the same area. Make sure you select the right one.

I was told there were no non-smoking rooms at the hotel, hence compelled to take a smoking room. Room condition was fine, but the work desk and chair looked quite old. Some of the front desk staff were not proficient in English. Price was fine.

今次成都旅遊，住了3晚。房間大，有落地窗，非常舒適。每天房間打掃用心，非常整潔。前台服務周到，在大厅等候期間，有服務員遞上茶水，非常貼心。但需改善的是，预订酒店時的相片中，窗外景觀跟現場環境完全不相符，相信是電腦造假照片。這幾年內，我選擇Hotel.com預訂酒店的最主要原因，是提供的相片跟現場一樣，包括房格局及設備、窗的大小及窗外景觀，讓我可按個人要求作出選擇。以往經驗，絕對符合此要求。但此次酒店使用合成照片作為窗外景觀，使我非常失望。此外，酒店升降機內煙味濃郁，並且多次跟正在吸煙的住客搭乘同一升降機，受到大大的影響。本人認為酒店方面應該加強此方面的處理，以免影響其他住客。

門口搬送行李通道及服務待改善

住宿地點方便! 生活機能很好! 衛浴新式,手機充電系統也很好! 唯一缺點是門口沒有搬送行李的服務員,且自己班也都是樓梯並無斜坡讓旅客可以輕鬆將行李搬入酒店內.
