The property is well kept, I did request a non smoking room and it smelled horrible of cigarettes. We were on the second floor. The view from my room was the rooftop air conditioners. Not pleasant at all. The bed was lumpy and not comfortable. I couldn’t get the air conditioner to go above 65. I love it cool at night but I froze all night. It was a difficult night. Just thankful it was one night only.

First Casino Visit

Everything about the Casino and Hotel was fantastic! The service, accomodations and staff attitude was excellent . It is a beautiful property in a very cultural environment, rich with history. I would highly recommend this establishment to any and all who enjoy comfort and hospitality on a fun and relaxing retreat.

The directional signs are poor. You’ll find yourself walking in circles. The tub did not drain and the air vents were filthy so the air was not circulating

Best stay in my four day trip.

Always stay at the Cherokee casino hotel when passing through. Such a beautiful place and town to stay in. Hotel and casino was great as well. So many options to choose from for food plus the entertainment.

The resort was very nice. The hidden resort fees were a surprise. Yes I technically received an email explaining them, but that detail was buried in there. That fee should be listed on the site/app. The parking was great! The room wasn’t cleaned for the week we stayed, the complimentary soap was out, and the complimentary soap that was available was just not great. There was a mini-fridge, but like 1/2 of one that would fit leftover containers. The dining options were fantastic, although a bit pricey. So there were definitely some trade offs and lessons learned.
