Loved it

A beautiful experience that makes me want to come there everytime I come to NJ. Plenty of parking, friendly staff. The only issue I had was one of the elevators stopped working and it scared me but other than that a nice ambiance.

The hvac stayed on loud the entire time even when switched to off. It was so hard to rest. Disastrous! The hvac vent was filthy and had a bunch of filters laying in there along with trash. They were not installed in any holder. The bottom of the furniture was chipoed up. The ironing board was unsteady and the iron fell on my arm and burned me. I stayed there 2 years ago, and it was so much better.

My stay was amazing and refreshing! We initially booked at a different hotel, but had to cancel due to the condition of the hotel. Arriving at the Doubletree was refreshing and the customer service from the front desk was superb!

Middle of the alarm sounded off, after alarm was secured, light strobe kept blinking and unable to go back to sleep. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Lights didn’t turn on in rm. 1405. Old and dirty iron stained my shirt, bathroom sink light didn’t work. Not a great experience

The towel racks were barely hanging on the wall, when I went to get a towel the rack, the whole rack fell on the floor…. Came right of the wall!!! The electric outlets were crooked or didnt work at all! When I told the front desk about the towel their response was I’m not surprised. On a good note the location was great, plenty of parking space

I booked an expensive room, they gave my room away, I needed a handicap room. They lied and said they did not have them which they do, I booked it. Put me in a garbage room that maintenance had to come three times because of breaking pipes. Don’t expect for a Belman or a cart they don’t have them. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I am a customer who visits once a year and who lives out of town. This year the booking was for my birthday. Prior to booking I asked questions about the hotel policy and upon arrival I was told something different. A manager named rose gave me hard time after an hour and 30 mins then she accommodated me. housekeeping decided to use the room key and opened my room door 30 mins prior to checkout which is the next day as I was still gathering my belongings and was undressed. I have a video.

What I did like was the rooms were nice and modern and clean and the beds were comfortable that I didn’t wanna wake up. The only thing I didn’t like was that the restaurant/bar area closed too early the pool boy act like he didn’t want to do his job, I tried to order some food and he said he couldn’t bring it to the pool even a little earlier he said he could’ve and he said it was gonna be an extra fee just to bring it to the pool which is ridiculous, of course I would’ve gave him a tip but a fee just a delivery. That’s crazy so I just decided to pick it up myself One more thing there was a mason club meeting there one of their members try to flirt with my 10-year-old daughter and her 10-year-old friend. Luckily I approached him calmly because my blood was rushing. I wanted to punch this guy, so bad and told him about it and I didn’t react so maybe you should send an email to that Mason group to , double check who there club members are before they join other than that the pool was awesome front desk was awesome. The maids were awesome.
