Staffs are very friendly , excellent but since it is locate in a great location the price is high...qualities is ok no view on the 1st floor. There are not enough plug in the room..... Over all it is great location...+ so friendly staff voila!!!!! Great to stay in town for great interlude thank you

Loved the art and funky vibe. While the simple decor was fun, it didn’t leave much space to store items. It would also be nice to have some comfy seating options both inside and on patio, as it is such a large space but only real seating was on bed or 1 very uncomfortable chair. Breakfast was very basic and underwhelming.

Good location.

The best thing about this hotel is the location which was near many bars, restaurants and handy for going to the old town. The staff on the whole were rather indifferent i.e. on arriving or leaving the premises no greetings were proffered and they continued to keep their heads in their work; one exception to this was one lovely young lady who was charming. The breakfast was nothing too exciting but at the cost of the booking one couldn’t expect too much. The hotel suited our needs, which were a good location and inexpensive and it that it met our expectations.

As if they couldn't decide: hotel or hostel?

The hotel seems as if the owner started big with an intention to build a beautiful stylish historical house (that's how the reception area looks like) and ran out of money, so ended with minimalist Spartan rooms and common areas. My huge room literally begged for some more furniture. Some pieces, like the small cube table (enclosed photo) were so nice, but a) scarce b) combined with the cheapest, lowest quality items of daily use. The key point though I think is the management: the room service is close to none, there is no trace of any additional activities offered, the breakfast is really, really bad - while 5 meters opposite the hotel is a brilliant breakfast cafe that could provide all the inspiration needed. Chaiyo is a place to sleep at, a bit better hostel. Could be so much more!

Beautiful space & Great location

Awesome location. Spacious room. Big desk. Very well lit. Lovely balcony. Walking distance to dozens of coffee houses, restaurants, and massage spots. Also near Maya Mall and One Nimman. Inside is beautiful and has free coffee and tea all day.

Very near to Nimmanhaemin .very similar to Cheongdam-dong,Gangnam,Seoul. Everything good. Near to approch to Maya Department store. Etc. Very nice but 25 guestroom only. No lift.

Good location on Nimman

Very small sign so the taxi initially missed the hotel, it is next to a Froyo shop. Great location on Nimman, short walk to the main road and minutes away from good restaurants, coffee, massage. Room is clean. However beds were hard, room wasn't very soundproofed and would be better if there were blackout curtains.

so so hotel

checking in and out is fast, services is friendly but it takes more to give it the stars it deserved. found out some other better hotels which are more convenient, newer, nicer breakfast but with lmost the same price. it really depends, if you want to take a half hour shower cause the water pressure is extremely slow and it goes hot and cold every 15 seconds. make sure you tell them to change the towels coz they will not change, especially the wet hand towels and floor mats and also to clean the face basin as well as the lavatory.

Lovely modern hotel

This hotel was in a wonderful location in Chiang Mai, not within the main square, but loads of shops and eateries all around. Easy to access a tuk-tuk too to get around town. Very clean and neat rooms, the beds were very stiff, but adequate. Hot water worked great and the staff was extremely accommodating. Breakfast was delicious!

Great hotel but not a great place to sleep.

Hotel is in a nice neighborhood. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, it left like I was sleeping on the box spring. I paid for a room with a balcony but there was no chairs on it so was not able to sit out there, no point in paying for this upgrade. The neighborhood was very loud on Friday and Saturday night, you could hear the music from the night clubs. And you can hear people slamming doors and walking and talking in the hallways. So a nice hotel but don't plan on getting much sleep.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Location 10min form the city centre by tuk tuk 100-150bath or local taxi 20-30bath per person,really nice and cosy area. I recommend this stylish hotel to everyone

Close to the Nimmanahaeminda Rd and fun suite room

The suite room is fun with upper floor. Hotel's location is good with many bars and restaurants nearby, but the shop sign is quite small that taxi driver passed the hotel when we backed to hotel after dinner.
