Luca : The appartement is exactly as listed. Fairly spacious with good AC in a great location on Nimman street if you want to stay outside of ChiangMai old town.

Clara : The location is not bad, less than 10 minutes walk is Nimman 1, lots of restaurants and 7-11 downstairs, also lutos supermarket
