It is in a good location to the old town and many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There was no elevator or lift but the staff helped with the bags. It was a comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Anh (i believe) in reception was so kind , always said hi and bye but also helped me during an emergency when the ATM didnt dispense money. The rooms were as pictured but there are lots of mosquitos and bugs in the property, the only reason to lose a star. They are considerate and aware as they leave mosquito repellent in their lobby for anyone to use. We had lots of ants in our room which got into our luggage which we noticed when we were in the airport.
