Hotel is in a very excellent location - walkable around almost all of the old town. If you’re there on a Sunday (and you should try to be!) the night market is very close by (so close we couldn’t be dropped right at our hotel by our airport taxi! Not a huge problem. Was a very short walk from the night market gate). Room was huge and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Other reviews had mentioned the floors could be slippery which I thought was a strange comment but they weren’t lying! If you have socks on it’s easy to slip so if you have mobility issues or travelling with elderly companions perhaps keep this in mind. (In bare feet not a problem. The floors are lovely and clean just slick!). Staff at the front desk was great. Breakfast was ok but our last morning we went down the street to a cafe as we were a bit bored. Had an amazing meal there. Chiang Ma has no shortage of great places for coffee and brunch!

location was very good, good size room and bathroom, good shower, breakfast was ok. Only one huge disadvantage for seniors, the hotel has 3 floors but no lift. Unless, the hotel will guarantee you a room in the ground floor, I would not take the risk of getting a room in the upper floors. Strange, a hotel of this category would operate without a lift.

The floors in the room are very slippery to the point of being dangerous. I slipped in bare feet on a dry floor multiple times. The shower is either cold or boiling and changes between the two constantly. The breakfast is poor, low cost items with little choice. Out of 6 days we skipped breakfast 4 times. Great location but definitely not worth the cost. Better options are around.
