Just minutes away is Southport Avenue, filled with boutique shops, cozy coffee spots, and a variety of restaurants offering everything from casual bites to fine dining. Nearby, you can enjoy the peaceful green spaces of Southport Park or take a short walk to the bustling Wrigleyville area, home to the famous Wrigley Field and its lively atmosphere. This location truly captures the vibrant, welcoming spirit of Lakeview.

The location is great! Parking can be an issue. There is only street parking, however, it's resident permit only in front of the apartment, so you will need to find parking somewhere else, which can be quite a few blocks away. The pictures were accurate of the apartment, it's small but enough for 2 people. It is an older building and apartment is located on the third floor (with only stairs, no elevator).
