Our room overlooked the river, which was awesome. It was such an easy and quick walk to and from the Chicago Theatre and I loved the fact that checkout was noon instead of the standard 11:00am. They even offered late checkout (for a fee, $50 which isn’t bad if you need to be out later than noon).

Wasn't a thing I didn't like. I especially appreciated the complimentary water bottles. Extremely thoughtful in a walking around city. The beds were amazing as well. And for being street side the noise was minimal. Honestly couldn't hear another guest. Would highly recommend.
