Staff was great. Toilet in room is very loose on the floor and the safety lock on the room has been busted. Room just seemed old stains all over the big round chair. Just hasnt been updated since like 1999. And $210 for "incidentals" seems like a lot for an outdated room.

Conveniently located by shopping. Room was clean and nice. (Could have better pillows) And be aware of the nearby hospital because of all the ambulance sirens and whatnot. Black drapes do their job! We were on the 12th floor, took a little while to get hot but once it was, oh so nice!
