We stayed for 3 nights including a Friday night. On Thursday and Friday mornings, to go breakfasts were available. This was an awesome option!! My husband left for McCormick Place before breakfast began. I was able to take something to him. On Saturday morning, no to go breakfasts were available. I inquired about it and was told that these are not available on weekends. The hostess offered to put together a to go breakfast for my husband. She was very sweet and offered several options. We truly appreciated this!!!

Everything is good. Only a hiccup: we were rushing for Abbott Chicago 5k very early morning. So we went to the breakfast 5 minutes before 6:00am and started to grab food. It was our fault, while one staff was not nice.

The battery on our door was very weak when we arrived making it hard to get into our room…they supposedly were sending somebody to change the battery & it never happened. By the AM we couldn’t get in with our key. That’s pretty awful service.
