Found a large spot of blood on bathroom floor. Reported to front desk and received apology and was told it was not their normal standard of cleanliness. Was not offered a different room, no one came to clean. Poorly trained staff.

Went for a weekend with a friend to celebrate our birthdays. The room was great, the staff was super friendly and the location was perfect for what we needed.

The staff was very friendly. From front desk staff especially Naz, the server/Bartender Hector and our driver Dick. They were all so welcoming. I would highly recommend this place
