Our bathroom fan was hanging on the wall and extremely loud in room 701. The wall paper was lumpy. The pillows over stuff and hard to use. The thermostats weren't reading properly. It read 62 degrees and it was hotter than hades in there. Strange you had refrigerator but no microwave in the rooms? Then you're charged $40 bucks per night for something you never used. There should be a better way to charge those that use the pool, fitness center, local calls and 2 bottles of water!!!! These items have never been charged for in any resorts and all hotels I've been too. I've been in classier places. This just didn't make sense.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The highlight of my experience was definitely the stunning view! The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. If you’re looking for a place to unwind while enjoying a beautiful view, I highly recommend this hotel. Eagle wood resort is one of my top places from hotels in the area! Location is great, one of the few rooms that has old so I Close to where I gaI use to take my daughter and cousins there. the absolute place to stay, nice open balcony’s in each room! Beautiful views of the golf course, quiet and in a nice part of town. Unfortunately, the resort is very dated an worn. Fair price but I will not return until renovation.

I stayed friday-sunday and I had to switch rooms on Saturday due to my tub filling up/backing up as I took a shower but they waived the entire resort fee so I'm still sticking to my word that everything was perfect, rooms were very clean and peaceful, it felt like home away from home and I'll definitely be returning ☺️

Always a relaxing getaway I've been here many times never had 1 issue . Pool and hot tub always clean. Rooms always clean helpful friendly staff. Always beautiful views. Had a few issues non serious issues this time. more just an inconvenience with both rooms with plumbing toilet had keep holding handle a couple times to flush and the tub trickled non stop and the other room tub wouldnt drain and backed up. but they made everything right with both rooms! I know they were swamped with multiple weddings and very very busy so i think just got behind a little with maintenance. Highly recommend a stay here
