Hotel and room fine, airport shuttle bad.

Check in and check out were a breeze and the front desk attendant was wonderful. But beware of you are using the airport shuttle service. Shuttle service wasn't available for my 6 am flight out of O'Hare, as it didn't start until 8 am that day. When I arrived back in Chicago at 8 am, I called for a shuttle, and they said it would take 40 minutes before they would be there. I ended up using Uber both times.

Once again, very disappointed in Hilton employee management. All staff while staying 4 nights, don’t even greet like simple “good morning, “have a nice evening” even after we said such, gave us unwelcome look every time we asked for their famous chocolate cookies. House keepers were much more pleasant. Those receptionists need basic trainings on hospitality.
