It was a great choice for easy access to the airport. Thomas at check in was extremely helpful and very friendly! He gets 5 stars. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future trips.

Helpful staff and great breakfast!! Snacks and water in room were appreciated. The hotel allowed us to pay a nominal fee to check in earlier than any other hotel and to stay over checkout to accommodate our flight times. Will be back when laying over in Chicago.

There were kids running up n down the hallway..yelling, screaming and child crying for over an hour. Pipes in shower were constanly banging all night, and when i went to use the room phone to call about the kids, it didn't work..i didn't feel like getting dressed and was fed up
