Front Desk seemed annoyed to check me in to my room, just handed me my key and said your room number is on their. I was the only one at the counter at the time so not like she was rushed. The fridge in the room had a constant high pitched buzzing, had to unplug it. TV kept going in and out. Paying close to $200 for a night the TV should at least work.

The room had a odor coming from bathroom exhaust fan heating unit was extremely loud when we came back from being out all day house keeping never cleaned the room

The staff were very nice, the beds were comfortable. We stayed three nights and it is a place we would definitely stay again.

There is no signage to let people know how to access the front entrance of the hotel from River Road so the GPS takes you to the garage where you will later be charged $30 to drop off guests. Charging $30 to validate in a shared garage where you can go next door to any of the restaurants and be validated for free is nasty work. Also, the ice machine on the second floor was broken and the carpet on the floors is outdated. I expected more from an Aloft.
