This place was not terrible, but it wasn’t the best everybody there was pretty courteous except the valet. They weren’t very nice, everything was pretty clean. I probably only stay here again if I had to if everything else was booked.

Magnificent Suite on the Magnificent Mile

The room was nice a little worn though. We got the magnificent suite to celebrate my birthday in the city. The sliding doors wouldn’t close off the bedroom. We had to put a shirt down to hold it closed. The view was absolutely amazing and the shower was nice. The location is prime don’t hesitate to go to Quartino Ristorante for dinner 10/10 amazing.

Service was good and staff were friendly. They had the option to hold our luggage which I really loved. Lots of options nearby. We also got there super early and were able to check in. I really wish we were able to use the balcony though, or at least crack it. We brought back pizza to the room and it was stuffy in the room after that. Also, the power did go out during our stay for maybe about an hour to an hour and a half on our last night.

The property had room service, but anytime you tried to order it from the website. It said they were not accepting orders. And when you tried to call, no one answered. So when I called the front desk to see what was going on, they told me just put in your room number and it should work. There is no option to even put in my room number because I couldn’t even click on the food to order it. And then the electricity went out for my last night, so I had nothing to do but to go to bed. It was just not the type of service I was expecting. For the price of the room I honestly could’ve found better.
