I was being harassed and the house keeping lady walked in my room on me and boyfriend before we could answer the door. One of the security guards was being hostile and problematic with my boyfriend. The room needs to be updated because the wallpaper was tearing in my room.

Hotel staff extremely rude. I travel alone 12 hours away from my home and was treated like trash by the manager and all there was one nice older black man. I’ll never stay there again nor recommend.

The room was as comfortable as possible. The furniture and maintenance showed signs of wear, and we asked twice for the mattress to be replaced due to a significant sink in the middle. It seems the replacement was never actually done. Overall, it was a great stay, but I didn't feel very well-rested due to comfortability of the bed.
