Really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a little off putting being they didn’t have a working toaster and were out of everything both days. We were also charged for snacks in the room that we absolutely never touched which was also confusing. The hotel and area itself is stunning. Bed was very comfy. View 10/10.

Clean room, great amenities, the lobby smelled so good. The employee we checked in with however, gave us an uncomfortable welcome when referring to incidentals and how we’d be charged if we ruined anything. I stay at hotels all the time and never had a speech quite like that, it felt racially motivated.

Very disappointed with our experience. I’ll break it down why: A) The room had multiple damaged spots on the ceiling and the door frame was damaged where the lock was, like someone had tried to break in before. B) The bedding had brown stains on several spots like they were never cleaned or replaced before we got there. We asked for replacement in the morning and came back at night and found the same bedding there. Then had to stay up till 11 until someone showed up with new bedding. That’s unacceptable by any standards. C) The room seemed to be not cleaned and ready before we got there as there were several items missing in the mini bar. When we checked out we realized we were charged for the missing items. Nothing looked like a fairmont hotel except the name. Now after 2 nights stay I am worried about not getting sick staying 2 night at that room! I will also connect with their management to give my feedback

the first room i was given was not clean. had crumbs on a bench and the toilette bowl had residue from past use. the new room was better. overall the hotel needs an update. the elevators smell like urine so do the hallways. asked room service to renew the coffee supply and cups. while they came in time after i call they only added decaf coffee. no attention to details. will not recommend the hotel to anyone. the best part one of the check in staff and the valet/doormen at street level. very nice and attentive
