There was an easy check in process. We booked through Expedia and when choosing “extra options” we could only choose one even though they were completely different additions; parking and breakfast. Parking was automatically valet which is not how it was described in the booking. Ultimate reason we chose this hotel was they had a great looking lounge and bar with a pool table. When we went to play pool, all the tips were broken on the sticks. We were so disappointed we had to end the night and birthday festivities.

Ok I'll list the pros and cons of our stay. First the cons. The parking situation is somewhat annoying. We had already paid so much for the room and then had to pay $45 more for a parking spot that was down the road and had to walk to the hotel in the freezing cold. Just felt like the parking situation/fees should have been made clear during the booking process and the fees should be reduced because $45 is crazy high. There was no microwave in the room and we had to go to the lobby to use the only microwave that was available. There was 1 trashcan in our room and it was in the bathroom and didnt have a liner in it. When we asked for a liner for the bathroom trashcan, we were brought a huge black lawn and leaf type bag. The pros were the hotel was very clean. Most of the workers were very friendly and helpful. The vibe in the lobby area was fun and upbeat. We loved the lounge area with seating, music, pool table etc. The pool was clean and seemed well maintained. Overall, the stay went great and we enjoyed the hotel.

My husband and I spent the nite at Aloft and it was really nice. Very lively and upbeat hotel as people were everywhere. The room was nice and clean, i had a view as i requested. Great location, everything was very close. We didn't try the pool but breakfast was nice

We stayed on the 5th floor- nice, loft style room. We were to receive breakfast for 2 daily. Hard pass on that next time!!! We could pick from oatmeal, cinnamon roll and egg bites. They were out of everything. On day 2, there wasn’t even coffee….really bad. Went out to breakfast both days….No upgrade for Bonvoy lifetime silver elite status.
