The view of our king room was beautiful. However The bathroom had blue stains on the wall, the bathroom door looked as it was kicked in, and the seating area couch by the window had stains.

The room was clean and enjoyable. This place suffered from too many small issues. Water pressure was low/weak in the shower. We could not connect to the wifi, we spent 20+ minutes on the phone with their IT to get our devices forcefully connected via ip address. The "what to know before you arrive" was missing critical details like where the lobby is in the half mile long building and specific parking options available. For a hotel at this price point, having to "feel it out" is ridiculous.

The room was very modern and had a great view of Lake Michigan. The options on the TV were fabulous because it easily allowed me to log into my streaming services. I didn’t see the staff except when I checked in and out, but they were extremely friendly and ready to help me with my luggage
