I asked the cleaner to clean the room when I left in the morning and when I returned at night I was surprised that the room was not clean. I went to the reception and told them, but they did not care about that and were satisfied with saying, “We will send one of the workers to take the garbage bags.” The other thing is that when I arrived home today, I was surprised that an amount of $64.90 was withdrawn from my card with which I booked the rooms. What is the reason for withdrawing this amount and the security deposit of $200? They did not return it.My hotel card is good, but the service of the staff is not good and they withdraw amounts from the customers’ cards without any explanation. Therefore, I ask you at Xpedia to return my money stolen by the hotel management. Thank you at Xpedia for your smooth dealings and sophistication.

3rd time staying here for the Bears season open game the Bathroom door was loud squeeky so if me or spouse would need to go use the restroom middle of the night, one of us would be awakened. Management agreed to send an Engineer up to take a look at it that never happened
