The bathroom drain was missing the stopper, so it was just a hole. It was also slow in draining, so the water would back up. The sink drain also backed up. The outlets under the TV were not working, as well as the USB chargers. Overall, the room was painted sloppily, very little attention to detail. The breakfast was not worth the $7 per person. I would have enjoyed spending that money elsewhere. Of the EIGHT screw holes for attaching it, the control-panel for the elevator was being held on by TWO - so the entire button panel could swing back and forth. Not the highest quality hotel. I'm not sure where the "3-star" rating comes from, but I'm going to stop going by that.

I was not please that the pool was closed It’s should be open all year every day The maintenance should be able to work on it at night or get the parts in or get a contractor in to make the repairs but the pool should remain open from 8 AM to 10 PM They couldn’t give me a clear explanation of why it was closed. That was my only disappointment.

This hotel is amazing. I didn't know what to expect because it's been many many years since I stayed at a Holiday Inn probably over 15 years this one is excellent. The staff is great Muhammad and Malka were professional and customer service oriented. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The restaurant in the building Bar Louie has great food. The location is great I could go on and on I will be definitely coming back here. The breakfast is a buffet and it's unbelievable low price but it's very delicious food
