Stayed overnight for my husband birthday weekend! We loved every bit of it the staff was AMAZING and attentive this is our new fav place to stay! The hotel was clean the room was perfect and we will be back. I did not want to get out of bed it was so comfortable

Going the Extra Mile
I had worked on preparation for a surgical appointment traveling to Chicago. When I attempted to print it out within the 18th-floor Platinum Club, the computer would not work due to a failed keyboard. Celina Wladzinska, a Westin employee, was able to print the document I needed for an 8 am appointment the next day. This was a tremendous help!

There was a huge gathering there on the night we stayed. We heard kids running and screaming in the hallway until very late into the night. Tried to call down to the desk but the room phone didn't work. Far from a peaceful night.
