First Class Accomodations and Customer Service

This hotel stay was excellent. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure my stay was as comfortable and convenient as possible. The front desk concierge was always smiling and helpful and even texted me to make sure I was happy when I got to my room! He was available the entire time via text, so I didn't have to call down for anything. Room service was excellent and their car service worked out very well. Overall, the next time I'm in Chicago, I will definately stay here.

"Resort fee" and parking fees were outrageously high. Not enough outlets -- and none near the bed. Had to charge my phone using the only available outlet across the room with the phone on the carpeted floor. Shower water sprays throughout the bathroom -- no door. Looks lovely but disfunctional.
