We got a really good deal on this hotel through Expedia and we were expecting more of a budget level hotel. This property far exceeded our expectations in terms of service, size of the room and location. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The robes and slippers were a nice touch. A few pieces of furniture were worn out, but still functional. There was not a regular coffee maker in the room, just a Nespresso machine. Staff kindly brought us extra espresso pods when requested. I personally prefer a regular cup of black coffee in the morning. The hotel was very clean and safe.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent stay at LondonHouse Chicago. The hotel and rooms are gorgeous, every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm/kind/responsive, and the location cannot be beat. Do not miss the rooftop bar/restaurant at sunset! I won’t stay in any other Chicago hotel moving forward!

Great spot for tourists

We had 24 hours in Chicago and LondonHouse was the perfect location for it. We were easily able to walk to all the tourist spots - jazz clubs, river walk, boat tour, millennium park, art institute… Staff was incredibly helpful hooking us up with reservations, tours, and transportation to the airport. Food was excellent- especially the rooftop. Rooms are modern, clean, quiet and comfy. Highly recommend.

From our room, we had a marvelous view of the Chicago River and Trump Tower. The location was perfect—within walking distance to both Navy Pier and the Art Institute. The room was cozy, the service was excellent, and overall it was a wonderful experience for me, my 12-year-old son, and my wife.

This hotel was AMAZING!!!! its in a perfect location right in the heart of downtown and close to everything! the staff was amazing and very accommodating! I only wish they had access to a microwave so i could reheat my food which was also amazing! thank you LondonHouse for a great experience.
