Overall, I had a bad experience. The breakfast had very limited options, and the staff was not cooperative at all. Definitely not what I expected from this place needs major improvement in both service and hospitality.

The staff are amazing and make me feel so welcome. Maya is always happy and helpful. Mack and Vicky were always friendly and helped with anything I needed. I was there for 2 weeks so the breakfast felt repetitive, but the egg and potato quality has improved from my last stay. I enjoyed the Halloween music in the halls and movies in the lobby.

The room cleaning staff was on their phone in the hall ourside my door at just after 8:00 am with a LOUD speaker on for like 20 minutes. I even opened my door to stink eye them, and that did not help. Posted quiet time is untill 9:00!!! Crazy rude and obnoxious. The room was nice though.

The room was a minimalist type mod style. Very clean , comfy beds, great lighting. Elevator needs some sprucing up cause it doesnt match the updated lobby, rooms. Front desk staff were so pleasant and helpful even when i booked the wrong date. I will have to talk to Hotels.com about my confusion.

All staff were very thoughtful and the hotel was updated. Nice pool, vigilant staff so you feel safe. Breakfast had no meats! However bread, bagels, muffins were very fresh. Elevator works well but needs touch up. Beds were comfy.
