Room was clean, staff were great and friendly and helpful. Although I didn’t eat at the restaurant the food looked good and it was always busy. I would stay here again if travelling to Chicago. The train station was close by and using the shuttle service was easy and efficient to get to and from the station.

We had a “club” room which gave us access to a little room off the lobby with soda and snacks and a buffet breakfast. My husband liked the breakfast but for me it was not worth the extra cost of the “club” status. The staff were all wonderful. We especially enjoyed the shuttle service. The drivers were great and full of good information on local spots. They took us to the Botanic Garden and to a local restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was great. I injured my thumb, went to the reception desk, and they found me an ice pack. Check in and check out were effortless. The hot buffet breakfast was very good as was the service. I was immediately seated each day and coffee was served right away. The rooms are clean and modern. Great shower and comfortable beds.
