wE CALLED TWICE TO TELL THEM THAT THE FLOOR SMELLED LIKE MARIUANA the floor had a strong marijuana smell. We called and they offered to give us a different room but we didn't want to move all our belongings. they did come up to see where the smell was coming from. it really stunk. otherwise I would have given you a 5 star rating.

Had accessible room, which made for huge bathroom. Only three issues- 1) Deadbolt on door didn’t function. 2) Handheld shower wand didn’t function so only rain shower worked. 3) Couldn’t control temperature in main room so, being February, it was cooler than I’d like.

Balcony is awesome! Stayed here in the beginning of December and was able to bundle up and stay out on the balcony for a bit! Room was supeeeer nice - sparkly! Swimming pool and hot tub are nice! Drugstore steps away from the entrance was super nice for any late emergency necessities! Loved the lil art museum! Place is very upscale! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Recommend for easy and welcoming stay. Did have to Uber places (10 to 15 min Ubers), but, I feel in the summer the area would feel more walkable.

A Fantastic Stay - Cant wait to return! I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient, beautiful, and impeccably clean this hotel was. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We booked a city-view room, and it was absolutely stunning! The wraparound windows gave us breathtaking panoramic views of Chicago, making our stay feel extra special. The amenities were great! The indoor pool, while slightly small, was still a great spot to relax. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summer when the outdoor pool is open! The indoor basketball court was a fun and unique addition that we really enjoyed. The on-site restaurant was outstanding—both the food and service were exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was professional and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Radisson Blu Chicago is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in the city. We can’t wait to book again soon!
