Front desk guy was not welcoming at all when checking us in. Toiletries were not available in the bathroom upon arrival. Windows were dirty and everything seemed outdated or old. Walls were thin, and there are 3 rooms in the corner angled at each other

The bed was definitely not a queen. My husband and are thin ppl and we barely fit. My husband’s feet hung off the end and he is 6”1’. Also our room was by the mechanical room and the noise kept waking us up.

The check in was a fantastic experience, the staff were professional, courteous and kind. It is a rare thing to have professionals behave in the way the staff at this hotel behave.
