Just what we need for the night. Room is small, but had all we needed for a nights stay and at a decent price. Walkable to a lot of places downtown and right next to the rail station on Harrison Street.

The extreme heat of the hotel was hard to deal with. Radiator heat, so hot! I know it’s an old building but goodness. There was no microwave or no small frig, for ppl traveling from outta state, those things help.

The reservation was paid in full, but the hotel staff did not allow the guest to check in. All guests were family members and were 18 years old. Later, they allowed to check guest after another person provided their driver's licence, who was 21 years old. How can they not allow guest if it is 18 years old? It was very inconvenient and worried around 9 pm. One time, they were saying to move AirNB.

It would be great if it specified that there is NO PARKING AVAILABLE and that the parking lot across the street is pretty expensive, but expensive!! The overall experience was pretty pleasant though, and if you're staying downtown, you really don't need a car but we rented one and actually got to explore a lot more! The staff is friendly and caring but also very professional and helpful!

Room was seriously outdated. beds said they were double but more like twin sized. Carpet was filthy room smelled horrible and a rickety apt little window unit for temp control. Never bringing the family back again.

I got what I paid for, bed was comfy, clean room and VERY friendly staff. Not having a fridge/microwave in room was on the down side of stay. Every building we visited was in walking distance.
