What a great hotel. Excellent location to all local amenities and attractions. The hotel was outstanding in all areas. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if I’m even back in Chicago I will definitely be rebooking .

Hotel great. Close to Macy’s. 3 minutes to the train station. Walkable for entire city. The destination tax is a bit of a con to be honest. $32 with $10 credit per room per night. Get coffee in the morning and afternoon tea. No scones were available during the time shown.

The room was one of the smallest I’ve ever stayed in. With my husband and I both in there only one person could be out of bed at a time. The restaurant was closed and the bathroom lights flickered. Bed was super uncomfortable. Surprised this place had such high reviews.

The staff was very welcoming and approachable. During check-in, Da'Jah was the one helping me and she did a fantastic job. Recommended local places and things to do in the area. The hotel and the room are beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels and washcloths in the bathroom. It’s weird that breakfast is only served Monday through Friday though. I’d stay here again!
