The staff was nice. The room did not feel clean and felt kind of drab. Weird hours for a restaurant. My wife and I visited to celebrate her 40th birthday and watch the Phantom of the Opera next door. Perhaps it was just our room? Would like to visit again due to convenice of being next to the Cadillac Theatre.

Everyone working was great! Someone even helped my husband with our suitcase. My only complaint is that the initial reservation said that the check in fee was going to be a certain amount and we were charged almost double. Disappointing how expensive this turned out to be.

I love this property! If you are heading into Chicago to see a show this is such a wonderful location, one, and two the aesthetic is amazing. Love the art deco, really helped set the vibe for our weekend getaway - staff was extremely friendly and helpful any time I needed anything. 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay .. purpose of stay was going to the Cadillac Theatre for a musical .. I am only giving a 4 star due to the destination fee $32 we were charged additional at hotel .. never was told at front desk check in . it was for 2 free bottles of water, Wi-fi usage and free access to fitness room - which we did not use at all .. be aware of this when you book
