Experience stylish comfort in this beautifully designed, mid-century modern apartment in the heart of Wrigleyville. Enjoy a spacious back porch, perfect for relaxing, a chic dining area ideal for entertaining, and a dedicated desk space for remote work. Located just steps from Wrigley Field, Wrigleyville`s bars and restaurants, and the Southport Corridor, with high end shops and dining.
Parking is not provided and the street is prohibited from 6pm-6am and Wrigley Field events.
The space is tastefully designed with mid-century modern style and comfort in mind. The living room has a warm feel that takes you back in time with a rustic but tastefully seating area filled with natural light.
The kitchen has high-end cookware, all the utensils you will need, a coffee bar, and even banquette seating.
The bedrooms have nice lighting, hotel quality mattresses, and places to store you luggage. Bedroom 1 has a large mid-century modern desk equipped with a monitor ready workspace.
Enjoy time on the outdoor private balcony when the weather is nice or time inside with family and friends in the cozy living and dining area during the wintery weather.
You`ll have the entire first floor apartment to yourself. We designed it to be equipped with everything you will need during your stay. To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules:
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and within the building`s premises. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building, and dispose of your cigarette butts properly. 2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Our Airbnb is located in a residential building, and we ask that you respect our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum. Please refrain from hosting parties or events that could disturb other guests or neighbors. 3. NO PETS: Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in our Airbnb due to potential allergy concerns and damage to the property. 4. LATE CHECK-OUT ($50 Fee): Our check-out time is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to this time to ensure that our cleaning staff has sufficient time to prepare the apartment for the next guest. Late checkout past 10:00 AM will result in a $50 fee. 5. NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS ($50 Per Guest): The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is four, including children. Excessive guests will result in a $50 fee per guest. 6. RESPECT THE PROPERTY: We kindly ask that you respect our apartment and its contents. Please refrain from moving or rearranging furniture and report any damage or issues to us immediately. 7. NO GLITTER: Please don’t use glitter for decorations or for any other reason.

This was a great place to stay while in town with a friend visiting others and catching a Cubs game. Quiet and safe street, very close proximity to coffee shops and restaurants, and a quick walk to the L and Wrigleyville. Check-in was a breeze, the house has everything you’d need, and Just communicated several times to make sure we got in okay. I will look for this place again when I come back.

The location was ideal for our needs. We were overall satisfied with the lodgings. Awkward to having the bath right next to the kitchen but of course that can’t be helped.
